Terry Buxton RN, PhD, CNE is an Associate Professor at Regis University. She has a background in policy development, leadership, and faculty development. Currently her interests center around improving awareness about uncivil work environments and how to counter uncivil behaviors and actions of others to improve the work environment for all.
