Lola Fehr has held many leadership positions in non-profit organizations during her nursing career, including executive-level positions in state and national nursing associations. She has been responsible for financial and program outcomes, including leadership development for board members, nursing continuing education initiatives and acquisition and management of for-profit subsidiaries. She currently serves as an organizational consultant in leadership development and nursing continuing education for several organizations. Lola earned her master’s degree in nursing administration from the University of Colorado. She also holds credentials as a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Certified Association Executive and Professional Registered Parliamentarian. She serves as the Parliamentarian for the National Student Nurses Association as well as other nursing and academic groups. Among her awards are designation in the Colorado Nurses Association Hall of Fame, the lifetime Distinguished Service Award from the Colorado Society of Association Executives, theJerry G. Peers Distinguished Service Award from the Association of periOperative RegisteredNurses and fellowship in the American Academy of Nursing.
